London, 29 September 2026 – SIGNAL and W.RE have appointed CBRE and Newton Perkins as joint leasing agents for 10 Lime Street, marking the launch of the leasing campaign for the landmark office refurbishment in the heart of the City of London.
Located opposite the Lloyd's building and adjacent to Leadenhall Market, the building is undergoing a comprehensive sustainability-led refurbishment that will deliver more than 43,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation in one of London's most established office locations. W.RE is managing the delivery of the works, targeting EPC A and leading ESG credentials ahead of completion in Q2 2027.
The scheme will feature a redesigned entrance and reception by Morrow Architects, flexible open-plan floorplates, three landscaped terrace floors overlooking the City and Lloyd's, secure cycle facilities, showers and fully electric office floors. Once completed, 10 Lime Street will combine high-quality workspace with immediate access to the restaurants, amenities and business community that continue to make the Square Mile one of London's most sought-after business districts.
CBRE and Newton Perkins will lead the leasing strategy for the building, bringing together deep market knowledge and extensive relationships across London's office occupier community.
The appointment follows the joint venture securing a £40.8 million senior debt facility from Fiera Real Estate to support the acquisition and refurbishment of the asset, underlining investor confidence in the scheme and the long-term outlook for best-in-class City workspace.
Colman McCarthy, Partner at SIGNAL shared: “The business plan for 10 Lime Street is progressing well and remains firmly on track for completion in Q2 next year. With demand for best-in-class, sustainable office space in the City remaining very strong, we believe the building is exceptionally well positioned to benefit from the continued flight to quality. Its prime location, directly opposite Lloyd’s and next to Leadenhall Market, combined with the quality of the refurbished space, makes this a particularly compelling proposition for occupiers.”
Sascha Lewin, CEO, W.RE, also added: "10 Lime Street is an exceptional building in one of London's most established office locations. Through this refurbishment, we are creating a highly sustainable, Grade A workplace that responds directly to what occupiers are looking for today. The appointment of CBRE and Newton Perkins is an important milestone as we begin introducing the scheme to the market and showcasing the opportunity it offers businesses seeking next-generation space in the City."
